Project Role :Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role Description :Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.
Must have Skills :Workday Core HCM Key Responsibilities :a:Provide end to end solution support for deals across various market units b Build competitive solution construct against RFI/RFP response c Collaborate with key stakeholders for solution finalization and reviews d Drive DCSO sign-offs e Solution closure and handover to delivery team f Incorporate automation, best practices and increase winnability of deal g Responsible for getting solution and delivery sign-offs prior to submission and support the SOW /contract creation process with delivery team
Technical Experience :a Familiar with SAP/Oracle/Salesforce/Workday technology etc b At least 1 to 2 years experience in solutioning across any technology in Accenture c Good understanding of solutioning tools d Good understanding of pricing parameters
Professional Attributes :a:Good communication skills to collaborate with leadership, key stakeholders b:Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision C Good in excel , PowerPoint , analytical skills
Educational Qualification:Engineering Bachelor's degree from premier Tier -1 / 2 institute /Masters/ Diploma in ManagementAdditional Info :Any technology certification OPTIONAL:Workday certification will be an added advantage
