Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction. Payment Recovery: Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, resolve disputes. Liaisoning with Customers: Act as a key point of contact between the company and customers. Record Management: Ensure proper filing, organization, and compliance with data retention policies. Communication: Communicate clearly with customers, teams, and stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations. Travel: Frequent business travel for client meetings and events. Requirements (Mandatory):- Education: B- tech / MBA (Marketing) (More preferable) Experience: 3 - 5 years in a similar role, with experience in sales, customer management, and payment recovery. Skills: Advanced Excel, strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
