Looking for a Finance & Accounting expert who would primarily be responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of the financials (Balance sheet and Profit & Loss) and also Month/Quarter end closing financial figures. He or she would also be responsible for designing and implementing a strong and robust financial review process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding legal entities into the Balance sheet review scope in a phased manner.
• Reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations to identify potential risks and providing support in the development of action plans to mitigate them.
• Supporting the Balance sheet clean-up of the targeted legal entities.
• Conducting deep dive financial analysis of selected expenses and financials of legal entities.
• Supporting the review of monthly/quarterly closing to ensure financial figures reported are complete and accurate.
• Monitoring key financial KPIs and commenting on the achievement of targets.
• Supporting the review of the cost allocation process with the objective of ensuring completeness, accuracy, and minimizing unallocated/non-attributable costs.

Profile Sought and Key Requirements:

• The candidate should be a strong team player with a flexible attitude.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Qualification: Master s Degree/Diploma in Finance & Accounting / CA-Inter-Final / CMA-Inter-Final / CFA.
• Experience: 5-7 years.
• Good knowledge of accounting and analytics tools (SAP/Airplane/SAC).
• Experience in Power BI dashboards.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
