Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects witha minimum of 12 years experience in salesforce relavent domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

LS Cloud domain knowledge with certification preferred

Experience to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud

Configure and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud to align with the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including data model customization, workflow automation, and security settings

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), and supply chain management platforms

Implement data migration and management strategies to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry regulations, including adherence to HIPAAMandatory requirements :Deep technical skill with a minimum of 12 years of Domain expertise.Good experience and expertise in large and complex SI programStrong client facing / presentation skillsGot good blend of solutioning skills
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud

This position is based at our Pune office

A 15 years full-time education is required
