About The Role : 
Minimum 8 Years of exp as a Pega BA
Must be CPBA Certfified and had work exp on .X, 8,x Versions
Good working knowledge of Pega banking projects and industry trends in retail/investment banking
PCBA certification is mandatory
Understanding of Pega App Studio, Express Delivery and DCO process
Experience in working with Product Owners and Customer Business SMEs in driving requirements for the Pega platform
Sound communication and thought articulation skills
Business process and business requirements of the customers and translating them to requirements artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/User stories.

Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practicesto include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control.

Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.

Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.

Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst forbusiness requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.

Effective rapport with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen and Interface mock-ups.

Interface /integration technologies of customers needs so they can be translated into requirements.

Strong experience of Pega methodologies
