This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.MUST HaveExcellent in SQL Server fundamental/ArchitectureManage patching, installation, upgrade of SQL Server in standalone HA environment.Excellent hands on in DB Migration Planning and ExecutionConfigure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.Independently analyze, solve critical issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end especially in all type of HA environmentRefine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.Manage database backup restore.Good knowledge of All High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL ServerCreate manage DBA maintenance jobs effectively.Manage security, enforce password policy.Hands on experience in profiler, auditing DMV views Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.Handle manage complex issues effectively. Experience in handling customer and bridge calls.
