We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 21 to 25 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance Accounting and Devices / SPM domains. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP BTP and SAP HANA systems.
Provide expert guidance on NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration.
Ensure system performance availability and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
Develop and enforce best practices for SAP system administration and configuration.
Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Support the Finance Accounting and Devices / SPM teams by providing technical expertise and solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong technical team.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align IT solutions with business goals.
Manage and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration.
Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Finance Accounting and Devices / SPM.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Show proficiency in system performance tuning and optimization.
Have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations and upgrades.
Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
Hold a relevant certification such as SAP Certified Technology Associate
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5
