As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of process associates to ensure smooth operations and adherence to established procedures and standards. You should be able to provide training and support to team members, as well as monitoring performance and productivity metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Responsible for processing transactions / entries of high complexity.
Ability to use Google Spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel to do basic formulas like Sum, Avg, Sort & Filter, Conditional formatting, create pivot tables, etc.
Manage a team of process associates and provide day-to-day leadership and direction.
Being able to do any piece of the process including covering vacations and leaves.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy as per team requirements.
Clearly understand work expectations & prioritize critical activities
Demonstrate responsiveness to client needs and requests
Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients
Ability to handle projects independently and as part of a team
Occasional extended work hours to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets (or Excel), Gmail and Google Drive
Reliable, honest and flexible to work in different processes based on client requirements
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of achieving results.
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information
Fluency in written and verbal English communication
