Location: Vadodara Overview: Seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team as an HR Business Partner. You'll drive talent management initiatives from recruitment to final negotiations, aligning HR strategies with business goals. Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: • Lead end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers. • Develop innovative strategies for talent attraction. • Ensure a positive candidate experience. 2. Talent Management: • Identify talent gaps and develop succession plans. • Implement performance management systems. • Design and execute training programs. 3. Employee Relations: • Provide guidance on workplace conflicts and employee relations issues. • Conduct investigations into complaints or misconduct. 4. Compensation and Benefits: • Manage compensation structures and benefits programs. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 5. HR Compliance: • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations. • Mitigate legal risks in collaboration with legal counsel. 6. HR Analytics and Reporting: • Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics. • Prepare reports for senior management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
