We are seeking a skilled Power Platform RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and workflow development, with hands-on experience in creating and maintaining RPA bots to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development : Create, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate.
Process Analysis : Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and define business processes for automation.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure quality and functionality.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly.
Documentation : Maintain clear and concise documentation for all automation processes, including bot design, configuration, and validation.
Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of RPA bots.
: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the RPA infrastructure is secure and stable.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an RPA developer, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate.
Strong understanding of business process workflows.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
Certification in RPA development or Microsoft Power Platform.
