Job description Role & responsibilities Design and develop robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications for performance and responsiveness Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members. Work closely with QA teams to identify and fix bugs promptly. Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to improve the development process Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language. Experience with state management, dependency injection, and other key Flutter concepts. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration. Solid understanding of mobile app design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices .Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with health insurance or healthcare-related projects is a plus.
