Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Lead the application development process effectively

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream

Strong understanding of application development processes

Experience in leading application design and configuration

Knowledge of industry-specific best practices in Oil & Gas Downstream sector

Hands-on experience in implementing SAP solutions for Oil & Gas industry Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream

This position is based at our Hyderabad office
