Trainee-Project Coordinator(Contractual Role)
Job Summary:
The Trainee Project Coordinator is responsible for extracting data from various documents using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.
The main objective of this role is to accurately extract information from documents and ensure that it is correctly transferred into digital formats.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work with large volumes of documents.

Shift Hours - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST(Transport facility will be provided)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Operate OCR software and related equipment to scan and extract data from physical documents.
2.
Review scanned documents for accuracy and ensure that all necessary data is captured.
3.
Verify and validate extracted information against the original documents to ensure accuracy.
4.
Correct any errors or inconsistencies in the extracted data, following established procedures and guidelines.
5.
Maintain a high level of productivity while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
6.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the OCR software.
7.
Assist in organizing and maintaining document management systems by ensuring accurate filing and storage of extracted data.
8.
Report any issues or concerns regarding the OCR software or process to the OCR File Extraction Supervisor/Manager.
9.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all documents and extracted data.
10.
Stay updated on the latest OCR software upgrades and advancements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.
bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2.
Prior experience with OCR software or document management systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
3.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting techniques.
4.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.
5.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.
Good organizational and time management skills.
8.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
9.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
10.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
