• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective dashboard designs.
• Conduct governance meetings to review and analyze key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions.• Create and maintain documentation related to dashboard development, data sources, and governance processes.
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data sources and ensure data quality.
• Support Business Continuity planning and strategy development by analyzing potential risks and developing mitigation plans.• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve dashboard designs and performance.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.• Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, M, and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience in data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
