Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe doctor prescriptions, ensuring clarity and correctness in interpreting
  medication names, dosages, and instructions.
• Authenticate and approve the prescriptions as per the program requirements.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses to ensure accurate transcription and interpretation of prescriptions.
• Identify and flag potential errors or discrepancies in medication-related documents.
• Identify different medical documents in accordance with type of Patient Visit.
• Maintain accurate records of transcriptions and revisions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any unclear information.
• Utilize expertise in EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) and PHI (Protected Health Information) to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide medical summarization services for US healthcare providers, focusing on accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
