We are looking for Fresher HR Generalist to perform HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare job description
  
  for the roles.
• Handle end to end recruitment activities.
• Responsible to complete joining formalities and issue Offer / Appointment letter.
• Executing the induction and orientation for employees
• Coordinating and organizing Technical training
• To Follow the performance appraisal before confirmation of employee and issue appropriate letters.
• Taking care of Payrolls and PMS (Performance Management System) of the employee.
• Handle employee grievance and act as a bridge between Management and employees.
• To Interact with Department head/Reporting Managers and ensure receiving feedback of employees and act accordingly and take it forward.
• Taking care of Absenteeism and handling manpower accordingly.
• Handle Attendance & Leave Management system.
• Perform employee engagement activities.
• Coordinating Medical Check-up upon Employees Joining at Organization.
• Coordinate with Background verifications of employees with third -party agencies.
