: Proven record of using customer experience and engagement tools AWS service and Amazon Connect.
Experience with AWS services Lex, Lambda, Polly, Translate, Transcribe.
Hands on experience IVR developments with contact flows, lex, lambda, DynamoDB.
Experience building multiple channels (Voice, Chat, Email, Poral)
Third-party Integrations experience with CRM’s, JIRA, ITSM applications.
Scripting capability with Python and the ability to develop AWS environments as code with experience demonstrating this using public cloud automaton tooling and scripting experience - CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins.
Good to have AWS certification.
