Project Role :Solution Architect
Project Role Description :Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Project Role Description:Strong Technology background, experience in Sales Support/Solutioning & Shaping large deals. Experience in IT Transformation through Application Outsourcing & System Integration, Cloud Migration, Application Modernization is highly desirable. Individual should have strong delivery exposure and as part of solution shaping experience should have handled RFP & RFI Responses, Managed Techno-Functional & Commercial aspects of solution, participated in Client Presentations. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs.
Must have Skills:Strong Industry domain exposure in Products, Consumer Goods & Retail, Communication & Media, Hitech Domain, Financial Services. Should have at least one Technical domain expertise i.e. SAP, Oracle, Java, Microsoft. Ability to Solution multi-technology solutions.Must have led 50-100m USD contract value opportunities. Good to Have Skills: App Modernization, Cloud Migration, Microservices, Automation, RPA, AI-MLKey Responsibilities: 1.Solution for multi-year / multi services across technology transformation and Outsourcing deals, working closely with Sales Teams. Driving Deal shaping for competitive solutions. 2.Build strong and sustainable client / account team relationships 3.Lead a team to plan, execute and manage the solution in response to a client requirement/RFP 4.Ability to review Opportunity Financials and present the same to Delivery & Sales Leaderships5.Participate in Client Orals, Lead Due Diligence, Blueprint, Roadmap type of workshops
