As an IT account administrator at AXA XL, you play a crucial role in managing technological capabilities for the organization, upholding secure access principles and values within the team. Their responsibility lies in ensuring that the team follows the agreed-upon practices and processes while working on significant technology initiatives for the organization. Their influence and expertise are essential in promoting a dynamic and adaptive approach to access management, ultimately supporting the companys strategic objectives and enhancing overall operational security.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
Provide Identity, Access and Administrative support for New joiners, Movers and Leavers both contractors and FTE.
Work with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot account issues as and when needed.
Use Active Directory and Azure AD to manage access entitlements between diverse systems.
Network File share access provisioning and performing access control via remote access to servers through CyberArk.
Perform access management (i.e., account creations and password resets) for key AXA XL Critical Financial Applications and common business applications.
Fulfill Audit requests submitted by internal and external audit teams.
Working on tools like Varonis, Change Auditor, Beyond Compare, Tree Size.
End-to-end ownership of all identity and access administration service requests.
Ensuring Service requests are responded to and resolved within service level agreements.
Robust ability to multi-task and work on tasks and projects while being interrupted by colleagues requesting support; ability to constantly re-prioritize tasks is a must.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all interfacing teams, including Service Desk, Colleague Care, HR and Application Support.
You will report to the Deputy Manager, IT Account Administration.

We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Relevant years of significant experience in Information technology or Identity and Access management.
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or similar.
Relevant years of experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
ITIL Foundation is must and Azure certification (AZ-900, SC-300) is preferable.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation and ability to negotiate.
Analytical skills to address complex issues and ability to think and communicate at different levels of detail and across different levels of the organization.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Applicable professional qualification, such as PowerShell, Microsoft office tools and technologies like Excel, SharePoint, Admin Center, O365.
Proven experience in Identity and access management platform like in Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory.
Knowledge of NTFS and DFS permissions.
