We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Training and Change practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess foundational knowledge in Oracle ERP, be adept at preparing training materials, have experience with digital adoption platforms, excel at maintaining a knowledge repository and highly motivated for driving key project activities. Prior experience in training development and training technologies is preferred. This role offers a holistic opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive and professional environment.
Training Material Preparation:
Assist in the creation and development of comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning content, videos and presentations.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and align with company standards and best practices.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for training content.
Guided Learning Material Preparation
Create, revise, and manage content in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) that is clear/concise, and effectively lead users through processes within various Oracle Fusion modules.
Gather information from technical and non-technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, organize, and create materials on Oracle Guided Learning
Complete revisions of all material related to software updates, changes in processes, and ensure all Oracle Guided Learning material is relevant and current.
Test and validate OGL (Oracle Guided Learning) artifacts, smart tips and beacons based on Oracle best practice recommendations.
Document the guided learning development process, including design decisions, best practices, and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Education or Instructional Design or related field and 3-5 years of related experience
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other comparable authoring tool, video, and audio recording/editing software
Strong ability to work with technical, business, and other team members and stakeholders.
Experience with a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) including OGL, WalkMe, Whatfix, Apty
Experience with e-learning development tools such as Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK)
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create interactive content
Troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes of issues and provide solutions
Self-motivated and proactive, able to learn quickly and apply new concepts, tools, and applications
Advanced problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
Expert verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong ability to work with a cross-functional team
Desired Qualifications
Certification in Oracle Guided Learning or other DAP (WalkMe, Whatfix, Apty)
Knowledge and/or understanding of Finance or Accounting
