We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales, Specifically in software or ERP solutions. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our ERPNext offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote ERPNext solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with leads to understand their business needs.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about ERPNext features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in software or ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Good Communication in English (Hindi, Malayalam will be added advantage)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly ERPNext, is a plus.
• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
