Zensar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for aligning technology strategies with business goals, ensuring the optimal performance of IT services, and driving the digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with the business objectives and digital innovation goals of customers & Zensar.
Due Diligence and Maturity Assessment: Conduct in-depth due diligence and maturity assessments of the current technology landscape to identify areas of improvement, ensure optimal performance, and align with future business needs.
Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system reliability, performance, and availability through automation and monitoring.
Expertise in designing and implementing digital workplace services, including collaboration tools, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and remote work solutions.
Must be skilled in at least two cloud platforms, demonstrated proficiency in cloud Architecture, including strong understanding of cloud computing concepts & technologies.
Architecture Development: Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure IT architectures that support various business functions and services.
Technology Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight on technology trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Zensar remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure the alignment of IT solutions with business needs.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure the consistency, reliability, and security of IT systems and data.
Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the established quality standards.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT architectures and solutions, ensuring the continuity and resilience of business operations.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and other team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
