Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using incident management tools and software.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications: ITIL certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing major incidents in a large, complex IT environment.
Familiarity with problem management and change management processes.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive incident resolution.
