Inviting applications for the role of S enior Principal Consultant , Microsoft Power Platform (MPP) Solution Lead

As MPP Solution Lead , you will be responsible for the full Microsoft Power Platform technology stack to support development lifecycle processes that translates business requirements into functioning software applications, services, and solutions. Translate solutions in pre-sales cycles to support Genpact Sales Teams. As a key member of our Enterprise Automation practice, and Hyper-Automation delivery team , you will design, code in power automate , test and implement new Proof of Concepts within Genpact internal sandboxes, Genpact internal operations, and client environments . The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who is able to learn new systems and processes rapidly, can work with little supervision, and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times . The role is recommended to be a seasoned software professional with development experience and a proven track record of delivering software projects in a dynamic and agile environment. Responsibilities

Full understanding of all the Microsoft Power Platform technology modules and up to date on latest releases.

Proof of Concept designing, developing in Power Automate, testing, documenting, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform based on industry best practices.

Drive strategic discussions on the adoption of new technologies in the RPA and Generative AI space, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Integrate Generative AI capabilities into Power Platform applications to enhance user interaction, automation, and data analysis.

Leverage Azure OpenAI services to develop intelligent agents, chatbots, and automation solutions that respond to natural language input.

Provide expertise in emerging AI-driven RPA technologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance business outcomes.

Implementing improvements and new functionality in process hyper- automation .

Creating custom libraries, validation rules, workflows, and process automation for reusability deployments.

Participating in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts.

Hands on experience and ability to define and manage frameworks for development across the Microsoft Platform suite, Power Automation, Power BI, Power Apps, Virtual Assist, etc.

Mentor and lead development teams in the use of advanced AI-powered automation solutions and Power Platform best practices.

Lead solution demos and tech info sessions in pre-sales cycles .

Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, including data governance, ALM, and Power Platform environment management.

Explore and implement Agentic AI technologies to enable adaptive, autonomous decision-making within automation solutions.

Stay updated on new Power Platform features and capabilities and evaluate how they can be applied within the organization.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science or other relevant technical degree; or equivalent work experience .

Proven experience developing, supporting or implementing automation software utilizing the UiPath enterprise automation platform.

Proven experience in RPA technical design and/or development .

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience in Power Platform technologies.

Familiar with either on-prem and cloud environments deployments.

Experience with business analysis, including process mapping and design.

Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment while developing client relationships.
