What you will be doing:
Work closely with other teams to ensure change and release requirements are met.
Collaborate with Product QA to review and fix test errors.
Design and deliver formal or informal training, mentorship, and support to other developers.
Provide leadership and coaching to the team, recommending and implementing best practices.
Keep up with external trends to incorporate into products and processes, proactively optimizing processes (automation, continuous integration, etc.).
Promote and hold others accountable to Epicor best practices and interests at all times, acting as an evangelist for Epicor at inside and outside events.
What you will likely bring:
4+ years of specialized/industry experience.
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience with testing methodology and the ability to propose and implement new ideas.
Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines, both technically and in terms of time management.
Strong customer service skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor others, with strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Thought leader and change agent.
