Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience to provide expert functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Project Management and IT systems administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic business solutions, ensuring optimal system performance, and maintaining IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of D365 functional modules, IT network systems, and system administration practices.
Key Responsibilities:
D365 Project Management and Functional Support
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for D365 Project Management modules, resource allocation, scheduling, and project tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional system requirements.
Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting support for D365 modules.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure efficient use of D365 functionalities.
Work closely with developers / third-party vendors for system enhancements and integrations.
IT Network Systems Management
Design, deploy, and maintain IT network infrastructure to support business operations.
Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues, and ensure secure access.
Implement and enforce network policies, protocols, and best practices.
Manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
System Administration
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications.
Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery plans are effectively in place.
Monitor system performance and optimize resources to maintain high availability and reliability.
Manage user access controls and permissions in alignment with security policies.
Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and patch management activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT network systems, and system administration.
Proven expertise in D365 Project Management modules and associated tools.
Strong knowledge of network design, configuration, and security principles.
Hands-on experience with server management.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) and automation tools.
