Designation : HR Executive / HR Generalist

Experience : 0.6 to 1 years

Location : Chennai (Guindy)

Cab: Only drop facility (Free) + One way Travel allowance

Salary : Best in industry

Shift : Night shift ( 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM )

NP :Immediate joiners

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains and prepares MIS reports on a day-to-day basis.

• Prepares all post recruitment documents and generates the personal file.
• Maintains and updates all required information and generates reports.
• Supports the recruitment process during walk-ins and campus drives.
• Maintains training records, tracking training details and updates periodically.
• Maintains and updates attendance reports on a daily basis.
• Communicates to functional heads on daily attendance of associates.
• Supervises the facilities provided to staff like transport and snacks on extended shifts.
• Coordinates with the functional heads for staff operating in extended shifts.
• Supports the Officer - HR & Administration with documentation work.
• Help selected candidates in joining formalities.
• Support the documentation process.
