Job Profile

• Focus on transaction quality audits in customer support for Ads.
• Provide feedback, analyze data, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review customer interactions (chat, email, call and case comments) as per workflow and SOPs.
• Prepare decks for Quality-led sessions and share insights.
• Track and measure team performance metrics and conduct root cause analyses.
• Provide coaching and regular calibrations to reduce errors and improve quality.

Required Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of web page designing, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Communication Skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
• Effective feedback delivery tailored to analysts' skills and tenure.
