Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Boy to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle general office maintenance, assist staff with basic tasks, and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning tasks, including maintaining the cleanliness of the office, pantry, and restrooms.
2. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
3. Assist in organizing files, documents, and office supplies as needed.
4. Handle office errands such as photocopying, delivering documents, and managing courier services.
5. Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms and arranging workstations.
6. Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
7. Support staff during events, meetings, or client visits.
8. Ensure the safe handling of office equipment and appliances.
9. Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the office management team.
