Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st/2nd line support to customers
Work within the Ticketing system and completing support tasks
Managing the Monitoring system, alerts and reports
Ensure that customer SLA s are adhered to
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex client service problems
Configuration of our applications in a customer-facing environment and to
provide appropriate advice to customers to assist them to configure their
systems (Implementations)
Providing proactive support to all Critical & Non-Critical issues at
Customer sites
Documenting Procedures and KB to the Help Centre within the Ticketing System
Soft Skills: Good English communication skills, confident in communicating
with end customers, good troubleshooting skills, good in documentation
Technical Skills: Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS (basic
to moderate), cloud native principles, Ansible, Helm, Ticketing system like Jira
