We are looking to bring on board a passionate Human Resources professional to help us in our journey. We are currently seeking Senior Data and Automation Analyst I to join our Americas COO team. This role will primarily support the Americas region and be responsible for leading the Automations for the region. In this role you will be responsible for supporting projects and automations as required by HR Americas, working closely with your manager and the wider members of the Americas HR team. In this role you will gather requirements, execution of projects, doing thorough testing and timely management and driving forward process improvement initiatives.

What will your essential responsibilities include
Develop dashboards by understanding Business specifications and translating them into automated modules wherever possible.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of BI & Reporting and ensure effective stakeholder management.
Foster the growth of BI & Reporting talent, promoting inclusion and diversity to maximize the use and value of our strategic digital, data, and analytics assets.
Develop and maintain Power BI application automations.
Enhance the Business Intelligence team s tools, skills, and culture to drive positive outcomes.
Develop and automate the existing and new reporting requirements, keeping them standardized, but flexible enough to incorporate last minute changes and adjustment in fast moving reporting environment.
Support the designing, modelling, and maintenance of operational metrics dashboard Americas COO.
Manage the data extraction and report running out of various operational reporting tools and databases including MyHR, Taleo.
Participate in projects as required.
Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all the reports prepared.
Maintain effective communication (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.
Responsible for supporting Annual and regular compliance reporting for BU Americas.
Providing a high-quality report.
Importing and transferring data to a secure central database.
Build automation where possible, required to reduce the repetitive efforts as well as eliminating manual tasks.
Support on projects in Automation and meet timelines of the project on technical front.
Responsible for accurate and insightful Analytics, and metrics within the BU.
Support data integrity initiatives within the HR System.
You will report to the Senior Human Resources Ops, Governance and Compliance Partner.

We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Diploma or Certificate of Data Analytics from a reputed Institute.
Advance knowledge of MS office tools like Excel (with Macros) & Access (Pivot, charts, slicers etc.) is a must. Should have delivered automations in the past.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), C++, Python, SQL and SharePoint is a must.
Outstanding mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data.
Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Analytical and creative thinker with problem solving skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple streams of resources and data with a high degree of autonomy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
