Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong development, integration, and automation expertise to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing ServiceNow applications, securing and optimizing the platform, and integrating with third-party systems to meet business needs. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and best practices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Scripting & Web Development : Proficient in JavaScript (ECMAScript standards), HTML, and CSS; skilled in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Actions).


• Integrations & APIs : Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and creating custom REST APIs.


• ServiceNow Modules : Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog, along with custom application development using Application Designer.


• ServiceNow UI Development : Experience with UI Pages, UI Macros, custom widgets, and portals to build intuitive interfaces.


• Testing & Performance Analytics : Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF), performance optimization, and compliance practices.


• Data Management & Security : Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, database schemas, and access controls.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow design, development, and administration.


• Certifications : ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
