We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individuals to join our Global Asset Management Content Services team and play a critical role in delivering world-class Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) solutions. Our EAM product transforms the way people work and manage their Enterprise Assets.
Leverage EAM Industry specialization to contribute in the design & development of the product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Content solutions for EAM with the product & platform.
Fully responsible for creating end to end content strategy for EAM ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth.
Manage and guide EAM Specialist and curators across varying experience levels, providing direction to drive business growth and scalability.
Actively involved in research & creation of various EAM related content.
Project Manage a high-performance team, delivering EAM Content for Customer s business needs that continues to transform the world of work for customers.
Understand customers expectation & sentiment from their requests and provide solutions that addresses their concerns.
Co-work with teams on the other geographical locations (including our HQ in the US) and be flexible working with various time-zones.
Work as the Customer escalation POC for the team and interact with customers to help them resolve their issues related to your area of responsibility (as required).
Be ready to take aggressive challenges and adapt to our fast paced environment and be highly quality oriented in the delivery of every single content release.
Stay current on the industry, IT trends and licensing changes and provide recommendations and solutions to make necessary modification in content to keep it relevant and up to date for customers.
Play a key role in developing the future roadmap by considering industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving customer needs.
Continue to find the best skill from the industry to cater to the growing demand of EAM customers across industries.
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
12-15 years of related experience.
Strong analytical skills & ability to use data to make curation strategies.
Fair knowledge of industry oriented assets like Fixed plant assets, Linear assets, Mobile and fixed fleet assets getting used in various industries like power generation, manufacturing, oil refineries, healthcare, wind generation etc.
Worked as EAM leader and have hands on experience on EAM tools like ServiceNow, IBM Maximo, SAP ERP Suite - EAM, Oracle E-Business Suite - Enterprise Asset Management etc.
Played a pivotal role in the past for various organizations to harness Embedded technologies such as IOT devices, firmware.
Strategize, design, and implement IoT solutions tailored to client needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Ability to effectively work with tight schedules and fast paced environment to minimize customer impact within a global model.
