Role:

We are seeking a skilled Java Support Engineer with a strong understanding of ITIL processes to join our team. This role will primarily focus on developing Java-based applications, supporting cloud infrastructure, and ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications to support business requirements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable solutions in cloud environments.


• Support cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.


• Implement and adhere to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

Required Skills:

• Good experience in Java and any scripting language.


• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in implementing them in enterprise environments.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka


• Proficiency in using monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.


• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS would be a plus.
