Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fresher with good communication.
• Adhere to TAT and accuracy, report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI's/SLA's as per agreed timelines
• Exposure into Helpdesk metrics
• Excellent Communication to handle International clients

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream
• Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones between 6 pm to 5 am
• Must be skilled in MS Word and Excel

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1. Freshers with good English Communication is Mandatory
• 2. Qualification : Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrears)
• 3. Shifts - Night shift
• 4. Work Location: Sholinganallur ELCOT Chennai
• 5. Rounds of interview : HR Screening, Versant Test and Operations Interview
• 6. Versant Test - Bring your Head phones with you to take up the versant test
