Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement asset management strategies and procedures.

- Track and monitor all company assets through an asset management system.

- Oversee the acquisition of new assets and coordinate with vendors and procurement teams.

- Ensure all assets are adequately maintained and serviced according to schedule.

- Maintain an up-to-date asset register, including asset details, location, and usage status.

- Manage asset audits to verify the accuracy of asset records.

- Develop and maintain asset-related documentation and reports.

- Collaborate with finance to assess asset depreciation and valuation.

- Implement best practices to optimize asset performance and minimize lifecycle costs.

- Coordinate the disposal of obsolete or unneeded assets in a sustainable and compliant manner.
