Assist in IT recruitment activities, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and
coordination in interacting with candidates.
Help in preparing onboarding materials and coordinate for the orientation of the new
hires.
Support in employee engagement initiatives and assist in planning internal events.
Assist in managing basic HR tasks like maintaining records, data entry, and handling employee queries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
