Exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft M365 Lead to join our IT Services team in Pune. You will play a pivotal role enhancing our MS M365 landscape, through design, implementation, building, and maintenance of MS M365 services. This role offers the opportunity to take technical ownership and decision making, work on latest MS technologies, and to work in a high-performance team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Baner office.

You are a positive, flexible and results driven individual who takes ownership of tasks through to completion and enjoys working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You bring more than 10 years of experience in management of the M365 and associated Modern workplace tooling and apps. You have:

• Experience working on Secure Email Protection (Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint)


• Experience working on Azure Entra-ID


• Ability to work in a global environment

It would also be advantageous if you have:

• Exposure to Zscaler


• Experience withing with Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code


• Relevant MS certifications like Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, MS-102

This includes architecture, development, deployment, optimization, and operational support of M365 solutions. Other responsibilities include:

• Extensive experience with evaluating, implementing solutions using the M365 platform, particularly its Modern Workplace suite, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint Online (Intranet), OneDrive, Exchange Online and Compliance Information Management.


• Operational support of customer systems including proactive monitoring of systems, assisting with incident resolution, performing standard and non-standard changes.


• Support all M365 installations, problem solving and testing to ensure the availability, validity and reliability of company s Private Cloud and Azure environment.


• Provide governance and support to customers Microsoft 365 environments


• Identification of inefficient procedures or processes and suggesting improvements for implementation.
