Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Support, training /consulting to customers and regional teams on 3D Design tools

Follow the process of updating CRM system and building knowledge base

Based on need work in a team to execute small to medium term services projects involving Customization of Hexagon PPM design tools

Engage with development/ product management teams to advocate for customer requirements

Certify the fixes in product before releasing to customer

Education / Qualifications

BE/BTech Mechanical

Domain Knowledge

Good hands on experience in SpoolGen and SPIsometrics

Understanding of Design workflows in Plant/ Offshore industry

Prior experience of supporting, implementing or certifying computer aided plant design or engineering software is strongly preferred

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written in English) is required

Strong interpersonal skills
