Designation - Officer/Sr. Officer

Role :Sourcing through multiple channels, screening, and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates based on the needs. Manage the recruiting database and keep candidate information up to date. Ensure end to end closures negotiate and extend offers to applicants shortlisted by Hiring managers and communicate updates through regular hiring dashboards. Stay updated on BPO industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Coordinate interviews with recruiting managers, arranging face-to-face and virtual interviews as needed, negotiate and extend offers to shortlisted applicants. Criteria :

• Must be a Graduate/PG (Mandatory)
• Preferred Lateral hiring experience of 4 to 7 years
• Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  

Shifts timings:11:00 am to 8:30 pm

Week Off :5 Days working in a week. To be flexible in case of business demands.
