Our team tests all Products and Technologies across the Edge & Application Networking group

We develop automation infrastructure for networks and product testing and collaborate with the rest of the Engineering teams to qualify features

We are knowledgeable about all Edge and Application Networking products and focus on System integration testing replicating real world scenarios

Ensure world class Delivery performance

You will be tasked with solving critical software automation and verification problems in a distributed systems environment

Working with developers and other QA teams you will become an expert in system-wide testing and automation infrastructure

You will ensure the exceptional performance of the products used to deliver the world's largest cloud based content delivery network

As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for:

Translating Product Bugs, and related materials into release test strategies & test plans with no supervision

Debugging systems and developing tools/test frameworks, as well as automation of functional and system test processes

Collaborating with QA Engineers and developers to understand software changes & create tests to verify those changes

Contributing to system test plans to ensure highly effective test coverage & automation

Creating and deploying automated system tests to replicate real world scenarios

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of QA experience with software written for Linux environments

Have experience to write automation with Python and roll-out solutions with high quality

Experience in test plan creation and automation

Experience to test automation framework and tools such as PyUnit

Have experience and exposure to Internet Technologies such IPV4/IPV6,DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL

Have an understanding of Internet tools such as Ping , Traceroute, Dig
