Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Lead a team of software developers

Ensure effective collaboration and performance of the team

Make key decisions to drive project success
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes

Experience in developing and configuring software systems

Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools relevant to software development

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Hands-on experience with implementing various software development methodologies

Solid grasp of data munging techniques for data quality and integrity
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full time education is required
