Handle OEM Relationships on an ongoing basis for Brand EMI
Be single point of contact for issuer relationships from Bajaj Pay
Coordinating with various stakeholders internally and externally to streamline the processes and developments which will be directly related to Issuer relationships
Working closely with Teams of various banks, handling escalations, operational, monthly reconciliations, queries etc, to ensure smooth ongoing relationship
Help increase OEM EMI business for Issuers and Merchants
Monthly/Quarterly reviews with OEM Teams to understand the growth, business yield and work on way forward
Ensuring smooth launches of New Products and scale up accordingly
