Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our CFS Team in Pune. Take a key role in providing L2 application support, conducting initial investigations, and resolving incidents. You will collaborate closely with Tier 3 support and other business units to implement effective workarounds and patches. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Baner office.

You are a seasoned professional with a zeal for solving problems, handling stakeholders and working in a global environment, and believe in learning more each day. You also have:

• 3+ years of experience in application support, with exposure on Unix/Linux and Windows Server


• Hands-on experience in a Cloud platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines


• Effective communication skills

It would be an advantage if you:

• Possess working knowledge of ArgoCD


• Can read JavaScript


• Are familiar with relational databases, MongoDB


• Have knowledge of Node.js and Dynatrace

Your role will entail the following responsibilities:

• Investigate new incidents as reported by customers, ensure the issue is properly understood and documented, gather necessary evidence for triage and incident resolution, communicate regularly with customer and internal resources on the status of incidents as per accepted guidelines.


• Assist customers with operational issues on the software.


• You are responsible for the resolution of all incidents opened by the customer.


• Contribute to and maintain internal documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.


• Provide after-hours support for Sev1 situations as part of a 24x7 on-call rotation.
