Finance Automation Architect Chennai | NA Posted On: 13-11-24 Responsible for designing and deploying automated processes to improve operational efficiency of our finance function. Collaborate with process owners, cross-functional groups and SMEs to find opportunities for process automation.
Analyze and interpret data and monitor KPI s to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes
Manage intake and demand management process for automation requests, including prioritization, capacity planning and road mapping of automations.
Work closely with UI path and our IT partners to plan and execute automation roadmap.
Project lead process automations - play a lead role to ensure proper design, build and implementation steps are taken.
Confirm that adequate testing is performed by SME s and that key controls are in place and signed off prior to go-live.
Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise - in collaboration with our IT partners.
Lead and contribute to innovative solutions leveraging automation technologies together with Boomi integration and workflow products.
Be an agent of change and continuous improvement in our finance organization.
Required skill sets
Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance process automation projects
Technology industry experience preferred; Experience working with SAAS companies (bonus)
Finance Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance systems with a proven ability to apply automation solutions to the finance eco-system
Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing and working with stakeholders to collect business requirements and deliver desired outcomes
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting to new challenges with ease
Project Management: Capable of leading projects, ensuring engagement and meeting deadlines.
