1.Lead the preparation of Consolidated financial statements for group companies incl. foreign subsidiary

2.Responsible for Corporate Accounting for several group companies in QuickBooks (QBO)

3.Good understanding of Inter-company transactions and reconciliation

4.Compliance with Loan covenants like Leverage ratio, adjusted EBITDA addbacks, limitation clauses, etc

5.Familiar with loan agreements

6.Invoice processing in Concur

7.Candidate should be able to support group Audit independently and understand audit report in detail

8.Bank and Credit card transactions feed in QBO

9.Exposure to MA - Purchase Price Valuation support for new deals, Accounting of Purchase Price Allocation (ASC-805)

10.Prepare Cashflow forecast for group companies

11. Well versed with ASC-842 Lease accounting.
