Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .Net Full Stack Development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of .Net Full Stack Development applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code, conducting code reviews and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in .Net Full Stack Development, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members to drive innovation and excellence. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with back-end technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information:
