Role & responsibilities

• 3 to 8 years in SCADA/MES implementations
• At least 1 full Ignition SCADA/MES implementation project.
• Excellent understanding on SCADA/MES Ignition modules like Perspective, Vision Unlimited, Web Browser, Alarm Notification, SQL Bridge, Tag Historian, Reporting
• Expertise in SQL Server, python scripting, Java
• Expertise in integration with OPC server products like Kepware
• Should be able to help create design documents, test plans, test cases etc.
• Should be able to implement, document and maintain the SCADA/MES application as per design documents.
• Should be able to writes and compile basic code and construct basic database objects based on documented design.
• Should be able to assist in gathering information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements.
• Should be able to assist in gathering and evaluating end user requirements
