Role & responsibilities

• AdWords Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to
  drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
• Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-
  converting keywords. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance.
• Ad Copywriting & A/B Testing: Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with our business
  goals. Implement A/B tests to improve click-through rates and conversions.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
  such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide detailed reports and insights to the
  management team.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to
  keep our campaigns competitive.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective ad
  spent.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align AdWords strategies
  with broader business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns, specifically for IT service
  outsourcing or related industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.

• Experience in managing large budgets and achieving high ROI in competitive markets like the
  USA and Canada.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Certifications in Google AdWords and Analytics.
