Responsible for end-to-end administration process, strategic, people management, and vendor relationship building.

Overall responsibility for administration and day-to-day management of the admin team, including housekeeping and security staff.
Ensure that admin capacity meets demand.
Ensures that all administrative forms, reports, processes, and audits are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable laws /regulations.
Design, develop, and maintain the admin workflow and processes in the organization to ensure that the admin team performs at an optimal level.
Refine process with committed SLAs, resulting in effective administration by having checkpoints at various levels and using statistical methods to measure administration effectiveness 360 degrees.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Identify training needs for the admin team, including housekeeping and security staff- plan and
deliver training.
Acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) for Administration.
Monitor administration quality and continuously identify and deliver service improvements in administration.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written.
Strong knowledge in managing the Facilities, Logistics & Transportation, Vendor Management, and House Keeping & Security Management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including deep expertise in Excel.
Stress and time management skills.
Proven people management & leadership skills to be able to handle teams with consistent productivity.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and work with little supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Liaising work with Government agencies (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PF, P-tax, ESI, STPI, Labor and Municipal Office, etc.).
Liaising work with private agencies (Service Providers).
